Dear Myron,
I have attached the second pass files for revised chapters 1 to 26, 28 and 29 of Volume VI (these are spread across several emails)
The typesetter had the following queries that I would appreciate your advice:
1.. In Chapter 6, 2nd Correction is not clear. Can you clarify please. 2.. In Chapter 22, “22.90< lower case bold v.” is not clear. Can you clarify please. 3.. Please note that I have updated only page numbers for chapters 8, 10, 14, 16, 20, 24, and 26. Please let me know if you have any questions.
