133(2): Simplification of the curvature tensor by antisymmetry

The use of the new antisymmetry laws of papers 122 to 132 greatly simplifies the Riemann tensor to eq. (30). If the connection is assumed to be static, as in eqns. (27) and (29), the curvature tensor reduces to eq. (28). These results have direct analogies in electrodynamics. Another U(1) fallacy is that a static magnetic field means A = 0, in fact it means curl A = 0, A not necessarily 0.
