In this note it is shown that the correct antisymmetry constraint on the ECE level is eq, (3). Previous notes have dealt with a particular case of this general law, a particular case that leads to electrostatics and magnetostatics. Electrodynamics and magnetodynamics need the general law (3). The next notes will work out the consequences of this general symmetry constraint. On the U(1) level we always obtain B = 0, curl A = 0, anf if A = 0, then E = 0.
