As pointed out by Stephen Crothers, this well known theory was indeed put forward by my predecessor Isaac Newton. It is also well known that Louis de Broglie proposed that

En = h bar omega = m c squared

where m is the photon mass. The ECE theory was the first to put these ideas together in terms of a correct geometry. The standard model theory of gravitation is based on an incorrect geometry, and is widely regarded by the profession as obsolete. Obviously, journals that resort to censorship instead of reason must be by passed by progress. Corruption within a small faction of scientists will not stop the march of ideas – the profession is not controlled by corrupt journal editors.
